As a data owner, I give my explicit consent for the above mentioned personal data to transfer to real and legal persons with whom you have direct or indirect business relationships, and to real and legal persons from whom you receive and provide services at home and abroad, and again to your Bank's partners, subsidiaries, parent company, direct and indirect subsidiaries, credit institutions and financial institutions in accordance with the Banking Law in order to increase product and service quality, promotion and marketing, product studies, determination of products and services that appeal to customers; customer satisfaction studies, increasing efficiency and profitability, information research, modeling, surveys and other ways to get appreciation and evaluations, measure them, analyze, report and evaluate again, customer loyalty studies, sending publications / promotions, whether printed or not, campaign management, R&D purposes of business and communication, and if I do not declare my disability to make the banking services available for the access and use of disabled customers.

I approve that your Bank can send commercial electronic messages to me via telephone, call center, fax, automatic call machines, e-mail, short messages and any other means for goods, products, services, campaigns, advertisements, marketing and other matters belonging to your Bank or your commercial business partners, affiliates or third parties. I accept and declare that the bank provides full, clear and understandable information / clarification about my rights under the approval I have given and my rights within the scope of Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 and other legislation.
