This text has been prepared by Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Law) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. What types of cookies are used, for what purposes and on what legal grounds are your data processed by means of cookies?

The cookies used on our website are divided into two categories according to their duration and the parties involved, and into four main categories according to their purpose.

• Performance/Analytics Cookies: : Performance analytics cookies are cookies that allow statistical measurement of our users logging into our website in order to analyse user behaviour. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on Cookie Applications, your personal data will be processed within the scope of "the processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" within the scope of Article 5/2 (c) of the Law and "the processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" within the scope of Article 5/2 (f) of the LawFor uses other than these cases, your personal data will be processed within the scope of your explicit consent in accordance with Article 5/1 of the Law.

Other Rights of the Customer

Without prejudice to all the relevant exceptions, and in particular the cases provided for in Article 28 of the KVKK, you may submit your requests within the framework of Article 11 of the KVKK, which "regulates the rights of the person concerned"

• By sending an e-mail to kvkk@albarakaturk.com.tr using your e-mail address registered with our Bank.

Your application must include the following;

• Your name, surname and signature if the application is in writing,
• If you are a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, your Turkish ID number; if you are not a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, your nationality, passport number or ID number, if any,
• Your home or work address for notification purposes
• Your registered and confirmed e-mail address for the notification, which you have previously notified to our Bank, telephone and fax numbers
• The subject of your request.

While using your abovementioned rights, our Bank’s right to claim fee/expense in the amounts allowed by legislation is reserved.
