Mr. Yousef Khalawi, after completing his undergraduate studies at Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University Faculty of Theology, specialized in comparative fiqh, international investment, arbitration and dispute resolution. He received his legal education in various international law and consultancy firms in Frankfurt, Geneva and London. He has established many companies with a large number of investors in more than 70 countries around the world, has served as a board member, and chairman of audit and management committees in various companies. Mr. Khalawi currently serves as the General Secretary of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. He is currently a board member of many important companies around the world and a member of the Board of Trustees in various international organizations, including the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions in Bahrain (AAOIFI). He is also a member of the main council of the Islamic Fiqh Academy. Mr. Yousef Khalawi is also a board member of the Saudi Commercial Arbitration Center in Riyadh - SCCA, which is the highest arbitration authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Prof. Dr. Hamdi DÖNDÜREN was born in Balıkesir in 1945. After being an hafiz, he graduated from Imam Hatip High School and General High School. He graduated from Istanbul Higher Islamic Institute and Istanbul Law Faculties. He completed his doctorate study, which he started in the field of Islamic Law, in 1983. Receiving the title of Associate Professor in 1998, Döndüren continues his studies as Prof. Dr. From 1973 to 1986, he worked as a lecturer in Islamic Law and Fiqh Procedures at Konya Higher Islamic Institute, Bursa Higher Islamic Institute and Uludağ University Faculty of Theology, respectively. In addition, in 1986, he conducted various researches at Saudi Arabia Imam Muhammad b. Suud el-İslamiyye University upon the invitation of this university. Hamdi Döndüren has various works and many articles and researches. He has many researches on Participation Banking and today's economy such as Money, Credit, Inflation, Corporates, Islamic Banking, Mudaraba, Capital Risk and Interest, Money Foundations, Labor and Employer. Currently, his studies on Interest-Free Banking continue, he advises various institutions and organizations and is a member of the advisory board. He also gives seminars and trainings within the same framework. Döndüren speaks Arabic and English.
Necmettin Kızılkaya currently holds thw position of Professor of Islamic Law and Economics at the Faculty of Theology, Istanbul University. He earned his B.A in Islamic Studies from Marmara University and an M.A. in Islamic Law from the same institution. In 2011,he received his Ph.D in Islamic Law from Selcuk University, Institute of Social Sciencs.He has also been a visiting fellow at Princeton University, Columbia University, and Cambridge University. His research interests encompass various aspects of Islamic studies, with a primary focus on Islamic law and economics He specializes in the history of Islamic law,corporate law the impact of modemity on legal-economic transformation in the Muslim world Islamic economics, migration, animal welfare, and other contemporary issues from the legal perpective. Kızılkaya boasts a substantial list of publications in various languages,including several books and contributions to leading academic journals. He also serves as a scientific advisor for numerous academic jourmals and holds editorial board positions in several others.
