Public offering of capital market instruments is the process of offering debt instruments issued by institutions to meet their financing needs to a wide range of investors.

During the public offering process, a prospectus set containing detailed information on the characteristics of the capital market instrument (maturity date, rate of return, repayment terms, etc.), the organizational structure, financial statements and risks of the issuer is prepared and the necessary approvals are obtained by applying to the Capital Markets Board.

The approved prospectus set is disclosed on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) and the company's website. Thus, investors can make their investment decisions by evaluating the information presented transparently in the prospectus.
