Real Estate Investment Funds

Real Estate Investment Fund is a property without a legal entity established by portfolio management companies and real estate portfolio management companies for the purpose of operating the portfolio consisting of assets and transactions determined by the Capital Markets Board (Board) in accordance with the principles of faithful ownership in the account of shareholders, with the money collected from the participation shares of qualified investors.

Real estate investment funds provide a liquid investment opportunity to investors who are interested in real estate investment, but who do not want to deal with transactions such as physical problems, buying-selling, leasing of real estates.

Funds generally generate income from the appreciation of real estate in the portfolio and rental income, and the price of the funds is determined on these two main income items.
