This notification is made in accordance with Article 10 of the "Personal Data Protection Law" (in short, KVKK) No. 6698 and due to legal obligation.

In the KVKK, any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person is defined as personal data, and our Bank carries out its personal data processing activities by taking the necessary security measures in order to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of private life. Our aim; In line with your satisfaction, to inform you about the way your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, legal reasons, transferring it to third parties where permitted by the legislation, and your rights.

Your personal data mentioned above is obtained automatically by you in accordance with the legal reason for the performance of the contract within the scope of your application for an automatic collection system.

Other rights of the person concerned as listed in Article 11 of the KVKK:
