Features of Rental Management System;

• By Tracking and Information System, our customers are instantly;
  • Informed as «paid, partially paid» for rental payments received from identified renters (EFT/Money Transfer/Rental Paying Account) for rental payments by SMS/E-mail.
  • Informed as «not paid» unless any payment is received from the renter until the last payment date by mail/SMS.
• By Tracking and Information System, the following are monthly executed for our customers;
  • Information for our customers is defined to the system to be performed on specific days of each month (on 10th, 20th and 31st).
  • Rental payments are sent in a union list on the defined date by e-mail. It enables you tracking all your automatic payments and income over a single account.
• A forward term Rental Participation Account may be opened from rental incomes coming as rental payments in accordance with the customer order.
• Our customer may give order for transferring all balance, remaining, a percentage or a specific amount from current account or existing participation account to the New Participation Account on maturity date.
• Our customers can collect their rent payments on time and safely by recommending the Rental Paying Account product to their renters.
